Heidi

We’re Heidi. We're building the future of healthcare by giving every clinician the earth's finest AI Care Partner. Our platform has absorbed the administrative chaos of 175 million patient visits and supported 67 million clinical hours. Today, we support 2.8 million patient sessions a week across 190+ countries, in 110 languages and over 200 specialties. Healthcare systems are failing us; clinicians spend more time on documentation than on patients, and the human connection that makes medicine worth practicing is eroding. Our mission is simple: double the world’s capacity for care and strengthen the human connection at its heart. We found product-market fit with a freemium medical scribe that clinicians love. Now, we're expanding. Every task a clinician hands to Heidi is a patient who feels more attended to, a health system unclogged, and a clinician who gets to be a clinician again. We’ve grown annual recurring revenue from $1 million to $50 million in two years. To go further, we’ve secured US$340 million: a $100 million Series C led by Blackbird, with Phoenix Court, Point72 Private Investments and Headline, alongside a $240 million growth investment led by General Catalyst’s Customer Value Fund. If you want to join us in doing work worth shipping, jump in. Our perspective on GTM. We believe that sales has fundamentally changed in the last 6 months. The repetitive work is automated now: AI does the market research, drafts the emails, summarises and scores the calls. The last year has taught us that the people who succeed have a blend of the following traits. - Intellectual dexterity : consultant-like ability to structure and break down a problem into its constituent parts, think from first principles, and self-improve rapidly. Inherent curiosity goes a long way here. - Natural charisma : can build rapport with anyone. You work out quickly who you're talking to, what they're dealing with and what they actually need, then have the conversation that gets you both somewhere. - Drive & focus: as AI commoditises intelligence, work ethic and agency matter more. An outlier candidate here is far more productive than the mean than they were two years ago, and the gap keeps widening. - The mark of humanity: in a world filling up with AI slop, work where you can feel the person behind it stands out. Where the copy, the imagery, and the strategy is indelibly human. We don't think the talent market has caught up with this shift yet, which is why most of our GTM team came from outside the profession: VC, consulting and creative are common. We expect these roles to become far more desirable for the right people. High leverage, high reward, intellectually stimulating. We want you to be part of that. The role. Clinicians outside the NHS - in private healthcare, veterinary, CICs and more - are finding Heidi, using it and telling their colleagues. Your job is to turn that individual enthusiasm into a decision for the whole clinic: understand what’s working, who else needs to be involved and what it will take to get the team onboard. You’ll own the full sales cycle across small and medium-sized private healthcare businesses in the UK. You might speak to an independent specialist who runs their own practice, a clinic manager bringing several clinicians together or an owner making decisions across multiple sites. You’ll need to understand the clinical workflow and the business behind it, then help them make a confident decision. There’s volume here, and you’ll need to move quickly. We’ll help you view your pipeline systemically - what inputs and opportunities are needed, where you invest your time, what changes will make the greatest difference. Sales craft matters, as does knowing where to apply it. You’ll have the autonomy to test that judgement, with experienced people around you to sharpen it. We’re ambitious about the numbers and care deeply about what they represent: clinicians getting time back and patients

We're looking for a Senior People Partner to own the people agenda across EMEA. Based in London and reporting to the Head of People Enablement & Operations, you'll hold primary responsibility for the UK & Ireland alongside our growing footprint in France and Germany, plus our teams in South Africa and the UAE. As Heidi expands, your remit expands with it. This is a broad regional role built on judgment, coaching, influence and business impact. You'll partner with leaders on performance, talent, organizational design, leadership capability and team effectiveness, and you'll help us navigate the people implications of scaling into new markets through a mix of local entities and Employer of Record arrangements. You won't need to be an employment lawyer in every jurisdiction, but you'll know where the risk sits and when to bring in specialist help. We build excellent teams without unnecessary layers, process or bureaucracy: strong people practice should increase clarity and performance, not slow teams down. We're also actively working out what the People function looks like inside an AI-native company, where administrative work gets absorbed by tooling and the real value-add moves higher. This role is for someone already thinking that way. What you'll do - Own People partnership across EMEA, becoming the trusted partner to leaders and teams in the UK & Ireland, Europe, South Africa and the UAE - Translate regional business priorities, growth plans and talent needs into a clear set of people priorities - Coach managers through performance, feedback, accountability and complex employee matters, building their confidence rather than their dependency on you - Challenge leaders directly and honestly to raise performance, leadership capability and team effectiveness - Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, team structure and succession as the region scales, spotting capability and talent gaps before they bite - Bring clear, balanced judgment to performance calibration, talent reviews, promotions and reward decisions, and help leaders stretch and retain our strongest people - Work with People Operations and external partners to navigate employment requirements across multiple jurisdictions, including EOR-employed teams, so our people approach scales as our footprint does - Use people data and business context to surface trends, risks and opportunities, and simplify, automate and apply AI to strip out low-value admin If we'd worked together the last 6 weeks - You'd have coached a manager through a difficult performance conversation they'd b

Most of our team started outside the profession: VC, consulting and creative are common. This role is high leverage, highly rewarding, and intellectually stimulating. Hundreds of thousands of clinicians found us on their own, started using the product for free and told a colleague. The market is genuinely open and the clinicians in it already like the product. Your job is to turn that quiet enthusiasm into real revenue conversations. You're the first line to Heidi. Inbound demand and product signals point you at practices and hospital groups already using us, and you decide whether to qualify each one in, out, or close it yourself. The signals tell you who to reach out to, you decide how. This is the first rung of our UK sales org, and for most clinicians you'll be the first person from Heidi they ever speak to. How they feel about us afterwards is largely down to you. You'll triage the inbound to your Account Executive's where it belongs and close your own deals from day one, because we want people as close to the frontline as possible. You'll build a network across UK healthcare that outlasts the role.   What this means practically: - Work the inbound queue and the warm product signals. Central finance across Sydney, Melbourne and Manila runs month-end close, core accounting and day-to-day operations, but the region needs someone on the ground who owns the accuracy of its numbers and sits close enough to the commercial team to shape decisions before they get made. Today, regional leaders wait on Australian hours for answers about their own P&L. You'll end that. The role has two halves and both carry equal weight. You'll own regional financial control and compliance: the integrity of the balance sheet, the accuracy of management reporting and forecasts, cash, strong local controls, and statutory obligations across Companies House, HMRC and VAT, directed through external advisers. You'll also be a hands-on business partner to UK and Europe leadership, Sales and Customer Success, owning the P&L narrative, bringing a commercial view to pricing, deal terms and customer economics, and making sure teams see the financial consequence of the choices they make. You'll report to the Group Financial Controller with a dotted line to FP&A. What you'll do Financial reporting and month-end close - Own the integrity of the UK&Europe balance sheet, with reconciliations that stay current, reviewed and explainable - Own the accuracy of the UK&Europe monthly group reporting and management accounts with variance commentary that explains movements - Be the single point of contact for group finance on anything UK&Europe: queries, adjustments, restatements, consolidation-level questions Compliance and risk oversight - Own the UK&Europe compliance calendar (Companies House, HMRC, VAT) by directing external accountants and advisers - Own the adviser relationships (accounting, tax, audit), keeping work well scoped, reviewed and connected back to Heidi's internal finance standards - Build an early-warning process so compliance risk is caught and escalated well before it threatens trading status - Be the accountable owner if something in the compliance chain breaks down Commercial business partnering - Be the day-to-day finance partner to UK&Europe leadership, owning the regional P&L narrative, budget vs actual and the "why" behind the numbers - Bring a commercial lens to pricing, deal terms and customer economics, flagging risk and opportunity early - Translate regional performance into clear, decision-ready input for FP&A and company leadership - Give UK&Europe business leaders a reliable, self-serve view of their numbers, so decisions stop waiting on Australian hours - Feed central finance the regional inputs it needs at close: accrual

The role Heidi Evidence is clinical decision support with no commercial influence: nothing shapes what a clinician sees except clinical quality. Getting there means earning the trust of the organisations that hold the world's clinical knowledge, the journals, publishers, guideline bodies, professional societies and universities, and running large information-gathering programs across the NHS. That is the work of this role. You'll sit next to our founder across partnerships, evidence and strategic projects, and you'll own the machinery underneath them. Hundreds of contacts, documents, deadlines and follow-ups, all current. AI-agent workflows doing the repetitive multi-step parts of outreach at a scale no one could reach by hand, with you auditing what comes out and drawing the line where a human has to look. The role starts part-time and grows with what you show you can carry. It fits an F3 or F4 doctor who wants into health tech, product and partnerships without putting their NHS experience on a shelf. What you’ll do - Run information-gathering, outreach and partnership programs across NHS organizations, end to end. - Build the tracking systems that hold it together: contacts, documents, deadlines, responses, follow-ups, one place, always current. - Set up AI-agent workflows for the repetitive, multi-step parts of the work, then keep them running in production. - Audit what those agents produce. Find the failure modes, fix the workflow, decide where human review is non-negotiable. - Write to NHS teams, publishers, societies and universities in a register they trust. - Map the clinical knowledge landscape: who holds what, who decides, which conversations to open first. - Prepare founder-level partnership meetings, keep accurate notes and close every action. - Surface risks, gaps and decisions early. Short updates, no surprises. If we’d worked together the last 6 weeks - You'd have designed an outreach wave to several hundred NHS trusts, handed the first pass to an agent workflow, and caught the small percentage it got wrong before anything left the building. - You'd have mapped the UK guideline and specialty society landscape, then told us which five conversations actually move Evidence forward. - You'd have joined a founder call with a major clinical publisher, written the notes and closed every action inside the week. - A tracker someone had outgrown would have been rebuilt properly, so nothing now waits on a person remembering. - You'd have found a manual process, automated it, and taught the team to run it without you. What you’ll need - 2+ years owning complex operational, clinical or partnership work, though we care more

Your remit is to ensure that clinicians and healthcare organisations derive immediate, tangible value from Heidi by embedding it into day-to-day clinical practice with precision and minimal friction. This is a deeply operational, clinician-facing role. You will work directly with end users to understand how care is delivered in practice, and then translate those workflows into effective Heidi usage. That includes configuring templates, shaping documentation outputs, and aligning the product to the realities of different specialties, settings, and consultation styles. You will be heavily involved in onboarding and implementation across a range of customer segments, with particular focus on enterprise deployments. A significant component of the role is in-person delivery. You will regularly travel to customer sites to support rollouts, deliver training, and work directly with clinical teams during critical adoption phases. This on-the-ground presence is essential in driving momentum, resolving friction in real time, and ensuring that Heidi is embedded effectively across organisations. It’s a perfect role for an enterprising, bright, and gritty current or former clinician looking to break into the health-tech space. What you’ll do Implementation & onboarding support - Support smooth onboarding of Heidi across new and existing customers, partnering closely with Customer Success Managers and Clinical Template Officers. - Contribute to rollout planning by supporting discovery sessions, gathering documentation examples, and clarifying clinician workflows. - Deliver and support training sessions for clinicians and operational staff, both live and asynchronously. - Provide hands-on support during go-lives and early usage, especially where clinician documentation requirements are the blocker. Clinical workflow & medical knowledge enablement - Develop a strong understanding of Heidi and how clinicians use it across different specialties and care settings. - Translate real-world clinical workflows into best-practice guidance that helps clinicians embed Heidi into daily practice. - Act as a trusted clinical voice for users, answering questions and helping them understand how to get the best outcomes from Heidi. Templates: discovery & support - Support the template discovery process by collecting examples, understanding documentation needs, and clearly documenting requirements. - Triage incoming template-related questions and recommend the right next step (reuse, small edits, or escalation). - Make small, high-impact template adjustment

The role This role sits in the core Platform/SRE team that owns production. You’ll work directly on incident response, on-call, system reliability, and day-to-day operations for Heidi’s platform. We’re open to candidates who are strong mid-level SREs ready to take on more ownership, as well as senior SREs who enjoy being hands-on in operations. The role is intentionally ops-heavy and focused on keeping real systems healthy in production. What you’ll do - Participate in on-call and incident response: Respond to production incidents, contribute to service restoration, and support clear communication during incidents. Over time, take increasing responsibility for leading incidents end-to-end. - Improve operational reliability: Identify recurring issues and reliability risks, and drive fixes through better alerting, automation, system changes, or process improvements. - Own parts of the production environment: Operate and improve Kubernetes clusters, cloud infrastructure, and core platform services, with growing ownership as familiarity increases. - Strengthen observability: Improve dashboards, alerts, logs, and traces so issues are detected earlier and diagnosed faster, with a strong focus on actionable signals. - Reduce operational toil: Automate repetitive tasks, simplify runbooks, and improve tooling to make on-call and day-to-day operations easier and safer. - Support safe change: Improve deployments, rollback mechanisms, and operational readiness to reduce the risk of incidents caused by change. - Contribute to operational practices: Write and maintain runbooks, participate in blameless post-mortems, and help improve incident response processes over time. - Collaborate closely with engineers: Work with product and feature teams to improve production readiness, service ownership, and reliability expectations. What you'll need - 3–6+ years in SRE, DevOps, Platform, or operations-heavy engineering roles. - Experience supporting production systems and participating in on-call rotations. - Comfortable debugging live systems under pressure. - Experience operating cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred). - Working knowledge of Kubernetes and containerised workloads. - Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform or similar). - Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (Datadog, Prometheus, etc). - Scripting or automation experience (Python, Bash, or similar). - Passion for AI, shown through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects. - You default to building over requesting. - You're confident in your thinking and open to being wrong. Great ideas win regardless of who surfaces them. How we show up - Build for the

If you want to join us in doing work worth shipping, jump in. The role As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll be embedded with our most strategic customers — the person who makes Heidi actually work in the real world. You'll own the full technical lifecycle from first deployment through to a thriving, self-sufficient customer: standing up integrations, building custom clinical workflows, debugging production issues, and becoming a trusted technical partner to the clinicians and IT teams you work with. You're not handing off to someone else — you're seeing it through. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering to surface what customers actually need, acting as the field intelligence that shapes the roadmap. What you’ll do - Own end-to-end technical onboarding for enterprise customers — EMR integrations, SSO, SCIM provisioning, data pipelines, and security configuration. - Work directly with clinical and operational stakeholders to design and build custom workflows that fit how care is actually delivered. This means writing code, not just writing specs. - Be the escalation point for complex technical issues — diagnosing problems across the stack, coordinating with engineering, and closing the loop with the customer. - Build tooling, scripts, and automation that make deployments faster, more reliable, and easier to scale. - Translate what you see in the field into clear, actionable signal for Product and Engineering — you're closest to the customer, so your input matters most. - Leave every customer more capable than you found them. Document, train, and build internal knowledge so customers can operate independently. What you’ll need - 4+ years in a forward deploy, implementation engineering, or customer-facing technical role - ideally in SaaS, healthtech, or enterprise software. - You write code. Python, JS, SQL - whatever gets the job done. - Strong working knowledge of integration protocols: REST APIs, SAML/OIDC, SCIM, and ideally FHIR/HL7. - Comfortable owning ambiguous, high-stakes problems end-to-end without a playbook. - Sharp communicator - you can explain a complex integration failure to a CTO and a head nurse in the same breath. - Experience working embedded with enterprise customers or health systems is a strong plus. How we show up - Build for the next decade, not next quarter . Our targets are outrageous on purpose. The world's health doesn't have the luxury of incrementalism. - Lead, don't wait . We treat tomorrow's problems today. Sometimes we build what's needed before it's wanted, and we're fine with that. - Follow the evidence . Trust the patient. We pursue truth relentlessly. But when the subjective and objective disagree, we treat the patient, not the numbers
