Aggregated listings

CareersVista aggregates publicly available job postings from third-party job boards and employer feeds. Aggregated listings are shown for discovery only — applications are completed on the original poster's site, and each listing is labeled with its source. Job content remains the property of the posting employer.

Request a listing removal

Employers and rights holders can request removal of any listing at any time — no formal notice required. Email legal@careersvista.com with the listing URL and we will remove it within 2 business days. To block all future aggregation of your postings, say so in the same email and your domain will be excluded permanently.

DMCA takedown notices

To file a formal DMCA notice, email legal@careersvista.com with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• The exact URL(s) of the material on CareersVista.
• Your name, organization, and contact details.
• A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to the material. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated per our Terms of Service.

Counter-notices

If you believe your listing was removed in error, reply to legal@careersvista.com with a counter-notice including your contact details, the removed URL, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of your local federal court. We may restore the content after the required waiting period unless the complainant files an action.
