Our Commitment

CareersVista is committed to making its job board accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We strive to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level as a baseline for our design and development.

Measures We Take

• Designing with semantic HTML and proper heading structure.
• Ensuring sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds.
• Providing keyboard navigation for all interactive elements.
• Labeling form fields and controls clearly.
• Testing with common screen readers and assistive technologies.

Known Limitations

CareersVista is designed to be compatible with major screen readers, including NVDA, VoiceOver, and JAWS, as well as with browser-based zoom and high-contrast modes.
