As Supply Chain Manager, you will own, drive, and lead the end-to-end supply chain for Auterion products. This is a hands-on leadership role combining operational execution, people leadership, and strategic development of a resilient, scalable, and efficient supply chain.

You will lead and develop the supply chain team while working closely with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Sales, Finance, and external partners. You will be the central point of ownership for supply chain performance, proactively identifying risks, solving issues, and driving improvements that support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Own the end-to-end supply chain for Auterion products, including supply planning, production scheduling, logistics, inventory, and order fulfilment
• Lead, develop, and grow the supply chain team, setting clear priorities, accountability, and ways of working
• Drive day-to-day execution and supply availability, ensuring materials, production requirements, shipments, inventory, and customer orders are managed accurately and on time
• Act as the primary point of escalation for supply disruptions, shortages, production constraints, and other supply chain risks, driving hands-on resolution
• Partner with Procurement, suppliers, and logistics partners to improve delivery performance, lead times, reliability, capacity, quality, and resilience
• Drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes, systems, data, and ways of working, including ERP and NetSuite
• Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs, using data to identify issues, drive corrective action, and provide clear recommendations to leadership
• Develop scalable processes and operating models, including SOPs, planning processes, and best practices to support business growth
• Lead cross-functional initiatives including new product introductions, engineering changes, supplier transitions, and operational readiness
• Develop supply chain strategy and resilience, including contingency planning, alternative sourcing, and critical-component strategies
• Support the continued growth of the function through hiring, coaching, capability development, and continuous improvement

Qualifications and Skills

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, planning, operations, or a related field, ideally in technology, hardware, aerospace, robotics, or manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience owning and improving end-to-end supply chain processes
• Experience leading, mentoring, or developing people
• Strong understanding of supply planning, procurement, inventory, production planning, logistics, and fulfilment
• Proven ability to manage risks, disruptions, shortages, and escalations in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite, and strong Excel/spreadsheet skills
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs and operational performance
• Strong project management and process improvement skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical, operational, commercial, and leadership teams
• Hands-on, pragmatic, proactive, and comfortable with autonomy
• Confident user of Google Workspace
• Fluent English required; German is a plus
• EU citizenship required

As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you will be a member of our interdisciplinary hardware engineering team, driving the design and development of cutting-edge electronics for our next-generation drone platforms. You’ll take ownership of electronic modules such as flight controllers, sensors, and vision systems, leading PCB development from concept to mass production. 

As part of a cross-functional team, you will develop advanced systems such as interceptor and reconnaissance drones with integrated visual navigation, as well as quadcopters for defense applications.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Design, prototype, and validate advanced avionics PCBs, sensors, and electronic modules for drone platforms, driving concepts from initial ideation through detailed design and manufacturing readiness
• Plan and execute comprehensive PCB and product verification activities, including test strategy definition, execution, and documentation; perform electrical and mechanical validation such as EMI/EMC compliance testing, thermal cycling, mechanical shock testing, and HALT analysis
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, including design concepts, schematics and CAD drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), assembly instructions, and repair manuals
• Collaborate closely with test engineering, manufacturing, and production teams to ensure smooth transition of hardware designs from development to volume production
• Work closely with product management and customer success teams to align system architecture and interfaces, define electronics requirements, and incorporate feedback from field deployments into design improvements
• Coach and mentor junior engineers to achieve technical excellence and develop best practices within the team

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• 4+ years of experience in PCB design and electronic product development, including prototyping, layout, and driving products from concept through production
• Proven expertise in high-density and mixed-signal PCB design, with broad understanding of signal and power integrity
• Hands-on experience with PCB verification and testing processes, covering signal integrity analysis and EMC troubleshooting
• Proficiency with Altium Designer is highly desirable 
• Experience with high power applications, ESCs and lithium batteries is an advantage
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to address technical challenges independently
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional hardware/software teams
• Excellent problem-solving, communication (English), and project management skills
